Q. How long will it take for my frame to arrive?

Because we build all frames to order, there is some delay between you ordering a frame and then receiving it. Exactly how long this lead time is depends on how busy we are! Lead time is normally 8 weeks for a hardtail, or 12 weeks for a full-suspension frame. Our lead time is never less than 4 weeks, and rarely over 16.
Shipping is pretty speedy, with most UK orders delivered within 2 working days from dispatch, and international orders in around a week. We supply tracking details whenever possible, so you can check where your frame is along the way.
Clothing is printed to order, so can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
Trail Tools and spare parts are generally held in stock, so they are dispatched within a few working days.
