Q. What if I break a BTR, will I get a new one?

We’re not out to mess anyone around – if its our fault, we’ll make it right. In the event of a failure we’ll carefully consider the options for how we go about repairing or replacing your frame. You can find our complete Warranty terms here.
If your frame has taken some accidental damage (which wouldn’t be covered by our warranty), we can replace it at a reduced cost under our Crash Replacement Policy.
