Q. How much assembly is needed on a complete bike?

We do need to ship the bike to you in a few pieces, so assembly is required. We’ll do the awkward bits like pressing in the headset, cutting the fork steerer and installing the star nut, installing and seating the tyres, and installing the cassette. You’ll need to finish the assembly, which should be possible with little more than a decent multitool. We strongly recommend having a qualified bicycle mechanic at least check the bike for you, if not assembling it completely.
